Just Do It

Released in UK cinemas (2011)

Feature-length cinema documentary, ‘Just Do It’ lifts the lid on UK climate activism and the daring troublemakers who have crossed the line to become modern day outlaws. Documented over a year, the film follows these activists as they blockade factories, attack coal power stations and glue themselves to the trading floors of international banks despite the very real threat of arrest.

Writer/Producer/Director – Channel 4 (2004)

Satirical investigative current affairs series featuring a cast of puppet presenters and reporters. Each programme in ‘Don’t Worry’ investigates a major industry: oil, drugs, food and public relations. The series satirises the trend towards current affairs as entertainment: the cast of puppets believe every press release, they’re expert at missing the point and, they have lots of opinions – most of them uninformed and unconsciously conservative.

Watch as Charlie and his team of investigative puppets hit the road, fearlessly exposing the work of the doom-mongers, killjoys and trouble-makers trying to make you feel bad. From global warming to childhood obesity to human rights abuses, the Don’t Worry team finds that big business is always there with one clear message to concerned citizens: Don’t Worry.
